Ten miles to save my life

In August 2024, I travelled from Breedon Priory Health Club to Derby Royal Hospital, having a heart attack. Shortly after arriving, I suffered a Cardiac Arrest. Luckily, my wife Sophie had acted immediately to get me to a great hospital, and I found myself in the amazing hands of the Emergency Department at Derby Royal Hospital. Their swift action, expertise, and unwavering care brought me back to life. I owe them everything.

To express my gratitude, I'm embarking on a 10-mile journey - both a physical challenge and a symbol of the path I've walked since that day. And I'd love you to join me.
