When you register for the event, I may collect the following details:

• Communicate with you about the event (e.g. route info, timings, weather updates, or other relevant details)

• Send you follow-up emails related to the walk, including fundraising information and a thank you afterwards

• Keep a record of participants for safety and planning purposes

I do not share your personal information with any third parties, and I will never sell or pass on your data for marketing purposes.

How long will I keep your data?

Your data will only be kept for as long as needed to organise and complete the event. After the event has taken place, your personal data will be deleted within 60 days.
